Legacy Preservation:  Transfering more than money

We believe estate planning is not only about transferring your financial assets and personal belongings. It’s also about capturing and transferring your priceless intangible gifts: your values, insights, stories, and experiences.

How We Guide You to Leave a Legacy

After you are gone, your loved ones will miss you deeply. They will long for your words of counsel and cherish the sound of your voice. We help and encourage our clients to preserve the precious gift of a written or recorded message to be shared according to each client's wishes.

You Could Make a Recording, But You must make the time.

In my experience, when I suggest my clients record a message for their loved ones, it is rarely ever completed.  Even for those who plan to complete this special recording, it is unclear if it will be kept in a safe place, known about,  and if it will be shared.  Many people plan to write notes to their children or grandchildren, letting them know what they hope, want, and wish for their future, so why not record your letters in your voice for them to hear?  So few people get to this because life gets in the way. We all get caught up with the day-to-day of our lives, and focusing on leaving a legacy seems to take a back seat.

Understanding the value of these precious gifts, we offer clients a chance to journal or record something special. Unless you decline, we will help you capture and pass on more than just your money.
